Specific deliverables, timelines and costs will be agreed in writing before work begins.

We offer free demo websites so you can see our work before committing. A demo is provided for evaluation purposes and does not form a binding contract unless you choose to proceed.

We reserve the right to refuse demo requests that appear fraudulent, spam-related or outside the scope of services we can reasonably deliver.

Payment terms will be set out in your individual proposal or agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due before launch.

Refunds are provided at our discretion and depend on the stage of work completed. Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

All intellectual property rights in our designs, code, processes and materials remain with JT Solutions until full payment has been received. Upon payment, agreed deliverables are transferred to you for use in connection with your business.

You warrant that any content you provide to us does not infringe the rights of any third party.

To the extent permitted by law, JT Solutions is not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental loss arising from the use of our website or services.

Our total liability in connection with any project is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant services.

Either party may cancel a project by giving written notice. You remain liable for any work completed up to the point of cancellation.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
